Service
Flag Registration
Representing all leading yachting flags, both EU and non-EU, for pleasure and commercial yachts.
Choosing the registry
Choice of registry is one of the most important decisions that a yacht owner has to make. The chosen port of registry will determine the nationality of the vessel and the laws and regulations that will apply to its operation. The flag flown and the port of registry inscribed on the stern of the vessel provide the vessel with an identity: a strong, well-founded flag will suggest a lot about the owner and the standards to which the vessel is operated.
Fixed-fee registration packages
We provide clear advice to owners on the best flag to choose based on their individual circumstances and provide fully inclusive fixed-fee yacht registration packages to relieve yacht owners of the administrative burden of the registration process. We appreciate that there are many available flag state options promoting themselves as the “go to” register for yacht registration.
Our shortlist of registries
Although we work with all of the main flag states, there are some registries that are better than others. We know this through experience. Our many years of experience have narrowed our choice of principal registries to the following carefully chosen shortlist:
- Cayman Islands yacht registration
- Isle of Man yacht registration
- Jersey yacht registration
- Malta yacht registration
- United Kingdom (UK) yacht registration
And many more. Contact us directly for tailor-made solutions.
